Weekly Rates - 2008

 

 

The Smithy is rented on a weekly basis, from 4pm Friday to 10am Friday.

The ferries are less busy than a Saturday, and there is a late crossing from

Oban to Craignure on Friday evenings.

 

Accommodation is for a maximum of 8 people

 

WEEKLY RATES for 2008

To include bed linen, oil, electricity and coal.

Travel cot (no linen supplied) and high chair.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

 

DEPOSIT
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £200.00  per week is required within 7 days of confirmation of your provisional booking.

 

We strongly advise that guests take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.

 

 

BALANCE
The balance is due one full month before the arrival date.

 

 

PLUS - A GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT
This is a refundable deposit of £150.00 which will be returned after your stay, provided no damage, breakages or additional cleaning is required following a visit. Any damage or additional cleaning that is required following a visit will be deducted from this deposit and the balance (where appropriate) returned to the visitor making the booking.
