Next door to The Smithy we have The Bothy which used to be the stables. Some years ago we had the building re-pointed and gave it a new roof. The building is now completely dry and has been used for storage.
Starting early Spring 2008 we are converting The Bothy into a 2 double bedroom cottage and it will be ready for rent during the summer of 2008.
When finished it will sleep 4 comfortably and have an open plan kitchen / dining area with sitting room, downstairs bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and a further loo and wash hand basin upstairs.
There will be a door off the sitting room area giving access to decking on the west side of the property offering privacy and of course the fantastic views.
