First Floor with large landing. All bedrooms have stunning sea views. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with wash hand basin. 2 further twin bedrooms. Family bathroom with wash hand basin, loo and bath with hand shower. Further loo and wash hand basin. |

Outside There is ample parking for up to 4 cars, and large areas of grassland to the front and to the sides of the house. |

The Smithy sleeps up to eight people:
Large hall with stairs to first floor.
40 foot long kitchen /sitting room with french windows to the garden, with a mountain and sea vista. The kitchen has window seats, a lovely large kitchen table, an oil fired 2 oven Aga, 2 ring gas hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher, larder fridge and food processor. The sitting room area has an open fire, radio/CD player.
Further sitting room with Dimplex solid fuel burner, VCR and DVD player. Downstairs cloakroom with loo, basin and power shower. Garage used as utility room with butlers sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, oil-fired boiler for heating and hot water, and ample room for boots etc. |
